Store terms

These terms cover one-time digital purchases for the EarthAI game server. The server operator, not Mojang or Microsoft, is the seller and is responsible for fulfillment and support.

What you are buying

Products are digital server entitlements tied to the Java or Bedrock username entered before checkout. Product pages show the price and included features before payment. Ranks and cosmetics are permanent for the operating life of the EarthAI server unless a product explicitly says otherwise.

Delivery

Stripe confirms payment to EarthAI through a signed webhook. Fulfillment is queued automatically and normally appears immediately when the named player is online or at their next login. Town claim blocks remain pending until the player belongs to a town. Entering the wrong username may delay delivery, so contact support@earthai.cloud with the receipt if a correction is needed.

Fair play and account rules

A purchase does not provide immunity from server rules. Suspensions or bans imposed for rule violations do not create additional store rights. Products have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money, and cannot be transferred between unrelated player accounts without support approval.

Payments, taxes, and records

Prices are shown in USD. Stripe securely handles payment details and may collect taxes or billing information where required. EarthAI does not receive full card numbers. Stripe and EarthAI provide a payment confirmation; the purchase confirmation link is the online record for that order.

Refunds and mistakes

Contact support@earthai.cloud for duplicate charges, failed delivery, or an incorrect username. We review refund requests fairly and do not limit rights that applicable consumer law gives you. Please contact support before opening a payment dispute so we can investigate the delivery record.

Age and authorization

Only purchase if you are legally able to authorize the payment. Minors must have permission from a parent or guardian.

Changes and availability

We may update features to maintain compatibility, security, balance, or Minecraft commercial-use requirements. If a paid feature is materially retired, EarthAI will provide a reasonable replacement or remedy where required.
