Privacy notice
This notice explains the limited information EarthAI uses to run the game server and fulfill store purchases.
Information we use
- Minecraft Java or Bedrock username and edition.
- Purchase email, product, amount, order identifier, payment status, and fulfillment time.
- Security and operational logs such as IP address, request time, and error details.
- Recovery email information when a company mailbox user voluntarily completes the private mail onboarding flow.
Payments
Stripe processes checkout and payment information under its own privacy terms. EarthAI receives payment status and customer contact details needed for receipts and support, but not full card numbers.
Why we use it
We use this information to deliver purchases, prevent duplicate fulfillment and fraud, provide receipts and support, secure the service, and meet legal or accounting requirements. We do not sell personal information or use store data for third-party behavioral advertising.
Retention and security
Order and webhook identifiers are retained for accounting, support, fraud prevention, and purchase-history purposes. Access is restricted to the server operator and private fulfillment services. No internet system is risk-free, but EarthAI uses HTTPS, signed Stripe webhooks, server-authoritative pricing, and private service credentials.
Your choices
You may ask for access, correction, or deletion where applicable by emailing support@earthai.cloud. Some transaction records may need to be retained for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or dispute purposes.
